Women on the Way focuses on the body, mind and spirit.  The recovery model is based on taking care of the basic needs (body), teaching life skills (mind), and encouraging spiritual healing and growth through a 12 Step recovery process (spirit) .  With all of these things, we believe that addictions and old life habits can be transformed.  We also know that it takes time. Our program allows the clients sufficient time through each phase to work through the recovery process and grow.

*PHASE ONE: Residential treatment program is 90 to 120 days, with the option to extend beyond 120 days on a case-by-case basis.
*PHASE TWO: After the Phase One recovery system, clients have the option of transferring to our Phase Two SLE.   Clients have up to 120 days in the SLE to continue transforming their lives, restoring their families, resuming schooling, and gaining work experience.
*PHASE THREE: After Phase two, clients have an option to stay at this transitional home.  At this point, clients are now working and/or attending a vocational school or college and will continue to get the support they need to stay clean and sober.
